Carefree Cornwall is recruiting! Youth Music Development Worker

The role will involve enabling young people in and leaving care to engage in music  by developing and delivering, co- produced with young people, a programme of regular music activity across Cornwall. 

The post holder will be a qualified to an appropriate level to evidence the capacity to work with young people using music.  They will also have experience of delivering music in youth work and informal education settings and a commitment to inclusive music practice and its potential to impact positively on young people’s lives. 

They will be working as part of a positive, dynamic and supportive team
