Cornwall Music Education Hub have a large pool of instruments which may be hired to pupils receiving tuition. Hire cost is between £23 and £28 per term; however certain instruments such as guitars, keyboards and saxophones are not normally available.
The maximum hire period for an instrument is four terms, at which point they are serviced and restocked for new pupils. This hire period gives ample time for parents and carers to be certain of their child’s commitment and investigate purchasing their own instrument.
Delivery
A £7.50 delivery charge will automatically be added to the cost of the first term’s hire. Please contact the Cornwall Music Education Hub Instrument Hire office on 01872 323001 to arrange.
Subsidised Hire
Students in receipt of Free School Meals, Children in Care and children of Services Families can apply for a 50% subsidy on their instrument hire fee. Please indicate on your agreement form if your child is eligible for this.
