Instrument Hire Agreement

Please print the Instrument Hire Agreement (attached below) which covers the details of the cost of hire, insurance information and the general terms and conditions of the hire.
Please read the Agreement carefully and if you have any questions contact Cornwall Music Education Hub before returning the completed form. Otherwise please complete and sign the Hire Agreement form and return it to Cornwall Music Education Hub, Carew House, Suite 6, Beacon Technology Park, Bodmin, PL31 2QN, either with a cheque or postal order made payable to Cornwall Council for the hire fee for the first two terms plus the delivery charge (unless collection has been arranged).

On receipt of the Hire Agreement, Cornwall Music Education Hub will prepare the instrument for hire and deliver to the pupil’s school. Subsequent hire will be charged via a termly invoice which should be paid in accordance with Cornwall Council’s payment terms and conditions.
