The ASONE Music Education Hub is committed to supporting musical progression in all genres. We work with partners to offer masterclasses and workshops in music production, DJing, recording and coaching for bands.
Strategic Development of Contemporary Music and Songwriting
We have now contracted a new Contemporary Music and Songwriting Lead to help us to diversify our musical offer and make it more relevant to more young people.

Help with your songwriting!
To help young people to get started or take their songwriting to the next level, we have set up an online virtual songwriting club which meets on Thursday afternoons. These sessions, for young people aged 12 -18 in Cornwall or the Isles of Scilly, offer an opportunity to test out new ideas and to work with other young songwriters. The sessions are fully funded by the the Hub so there is no cost for participants.
All participants must register to join the Songwriting Club by completing an online workshop application and consent form
We also offer Songwriting workshops during term time and school holidays. Dates for future workshops to be confirmed and will be listed on our Workshops and Masterclasses page. These workshops may be delivered online due to COVID-19 restrictions
Music Production
Each term we offer a six week programme of Music Production workshops for beginner, intermediate and advanced learners. Workshops may be delivered online due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Details of our 2021 courses are listed on our Workshops and Masterclasses page.
Schools are able to use First Access funding for Music Production whole class lessons. Please contact the Hub office hub@asoneperform.com for further information
