We believe that all musically talented young people should have the opportunity to fulfil their potential, whatever their background.
We are here to help you to get the support you need. If you are a young instrumentalist aged between five and seventeen you may be eligible to apply for a 2015 Award. Our funding is designed to be flexible and responsive, so you can use it to progress your musical development according to your needs.
We give awards of between £200 and £2,000, in total up to £100,000 per year, and we support young instrumentalists playing any genre of music.
Our key criteria are:
- Financial need (all applications are means-tested)
- Exceptional musical talent and potential
