4Flutes Workshops

Flute choir workshops take place at Ashtorre Rock in Saltash once a month with dates published on the website and on Facebook.

Playing in an ensemble is a lot of fun and is a great way to explore new repertoire, improve your reading and ensemble skills and meet other flute players. A brilliant opportunity for all flautists whether you’re dusting off your case and want to rekindle the joys of playing or keen to explore challenging repertoire in a friendly ensemble. This flute choir would hope to accommodate anyone who plays the flute whatever their age or ability.

There are 2 groups the levels and timings for which you will find below. In order to get the most from their participation players in Group 1 would need a basic level of understanding of their instrument being able to play one octave of the scales of F, G major and E minor and have basic theoretical knowledge of key signatures and note values.
